Learn the basics of the booking roster and managing online bookings

TRANSCRIPT:

1) The Roster

Each resource in ezyob has it’s own roster with one or more weeks that loop around continuously

A roster is made up of slots that can be booked for one or more services

Services can have multiple prices which can be overridden in individual slots

Each booking consumes 1 “place” in the slot. When “Max Places” is reached then the slot is no longer bookable

2) Unlocked Weeks

When a booking is made then the week becomes unlocked, as indicated by the green padlock icon

An “unlocked” week is no longer connected to the roster

Green slots indicate one or more bookings in that slot

You can “lock” a week back to the roster again but first you must delete or move all bookings

3) Managing Bookings

To view booking details first click on the slot, then click the eye icon

All bookings in the slot will be listed, along with all customer details

Bookings can be deleted, moved to another slot, or split out into a new slot

4) Purchases

The PURCHASES page shows details for all purchases between a specific date range

Bookings that you deleted from your calendar will still show here

You can change the date range at the top of the page, or filter services using the checkboxes
